hope for the city.
hope for the world.
Jesus, I know that I am a sinner. I have done things that deserve punishment.
I believe that You died on the cross in my place.
I believe that God raised You from the dead.
I believe that without Your salvation, I deserve judgment and I thank You
for giving me grace instead. Come into my life and be my Lord.
I turn away from my sinful ways and I now choose to follow after you.
Now that you have prayed this, you have invited God to rule your life in His love and grace for you. Find a bible teaching church where you can connect with other followers of Jesus, get a bible, and begin to read it.
You will discover that God’s love for you never ends and that your life is full of purpose and value.
God invites us into salvation from the judgment that we have mounted up for ourselves by disobeying His law. He offers us salvation by the gift of His Son giving His life in place of ours. He took our punishment for us so that we could know forgiveness.
God is very clear on what He feels about heaven, hell, man, and Himself:
God wishes that none would perish, but that all would come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, so that whom ever believes on Him will not perish but have eternal life.He also said, Choose this day whom you will serve.
God is calling you today… He is knocking on your door. Let Him into your life. Allow Him to be your God and lead you in His ways of life. If you are ready to make this decision, pray this prayer:
Most of us have heard of Jesus dying on a cross for our sins, but sometimes we struggle to grasp what that really means. The God of the Bible is just, and will judge all men and women according to their wrongdoing and reward those who follow Him according to their deeds.
